This place is awesome! I was in need of some new tires and found a great deal online at their website. The best part is that after making a large purchase, the tire installation was complimentary! When I showed up for my appointment, it was packed, I mean packed! I honestly didn't think I would get out within the hour, but they moved so quickly and efficiently. It took less than 1 hour for them to complete the installation! I was super happy from start to finish and the staff is really nice! If you're in need of new tires or need help with your vehicle, definitely come to this location.
Absolutely great service, service tech looked for the best discount, got the best tires cheaper than the better. Even the installation was quick and efficient. Did well above and beyond what is expected.

but it is when things get difficult that people make a difference;
my installation this week started difficult, they were late due to a very busy day for my 3:15 p.m. appointment. they not touch my car until 4PM. after installation 1 of my pressure sensors was failing. it was clear to me that something happened during the installation.
the crew replaced it, it took 2 attempts and an extra hours but it works now.
As this could have been a regrettable situation, they in the end made it right and made sure it worked properly.
I was impressed how hard all the crew was working. this place remain my first choice for tires in town.
They suck. Had an appointment at 2:45. 3:20 they informed us that they only had two tires. They sent someone to pickup two more from another store. 6:00 and still waiting. Discount tire as a whole is a good company. The peachtree city location is so mismanaged that they give the company a bad name. They need a complete overhaul of management.
I love Discount tire. Every location I have ever been to has had wonderful service. I used to live in Texas and they are great there too. They must take good care of their employees for them all to be unilaterally nice like that. And I'm one of those people that can only afford to get 1 or 2 tires at a time. They never make me feel weird for asking for a cheaper tire or having them look to see if another nearby store has a good "gently used" one. I've been getting my tires there for 20 years and now my kids are driving and I always tell them to go there too.

What an amazing location! I’m a faithful Discount Tire customer and I needed tire assistance so I went to this DT. I must say, the customer service that received here really is out of this world! I was helped by “Marcus,” and he did a great job with helping me figure what was wrong with my tires. There is a long wait but so worth it! Come in a ask for Marcus.
New tires were ordered, delivered, and installed at the agreed upon appointment time. All went well during our experience with the staff at this location. This may be the start of another great business relationship.
